  • Value Engineering advice to align to expected budgets yet also considering design to achieve brand expectations.

  • Constantly review designs to ensure alignment to project goals, budgets, standards, best practices, efficiencies & constructibility

Tender / Construction

  • Tender / Procurement support

  • Mock Up Room Reviews and approvals

  • Review budgets and schedule alongside appointed QS and PM
